Educational Qualification
- Engineering Posts (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical): Full-time Degree with 60% marks from a recognized university.
- Finance Posts: CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) with 60% marks.
- HRM Post: MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in HRM/IR with 60% marks.
- Company Secretary Post: Qualified CS with relevant experience.
Experience
- General Manager (E-6): 20+ years in PMC/EPC/Healthcare Infrastructure.
- Deputy General Manager (E-5): 18+ years in relevant field.
- Senior Manager (E-4): 14+ years in PMC/EPC/Hospital Projects.
- Manager (E-3): 10+ years in construction/design/execution.
- Deputy Manager (E-2): 7+ years in engineering/HR/finance/CS roles.
