- Strong research & leadership record
Associate Professor
- Ph.D. + 6+ years experience (3 years at Pay Level 12)
- 10+ Scopus-indexed publications
- Proven teaching & research excellence
Assistant Professor
- Ph.D. with first-class academics
- Strong research potential
