Educational Qualification
- Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA): Matriculation & ITI Certificate affiliated to NCVT/SCVT
- Executive - Procurement (Catering): Graduation pursuing in Commerce/CA Inter/Supply Chain or similar
- HR Executive - Payroll & Employee Data Management: Graduate in any discipline
- Executive-HR: Graduate in any discipline
- CSR Executive: Graduate (pursuing)
- Marketing Associate Training: Graduate (pursuing, any discipline)
- IT Support Executive: Any Graduate

Salary / Pay Scale / Stipend:
- 5th – 9th Pass Candidates:₹5000 per month
- 10th Pass Candidates: ₹6,000 per month
- 12th Pass Candidates: ₹7,000 per month
- ITI/Diploma Holders: ₹7,700 - ₹8,000 per month
- Graduate Apprentices: ₹9,000 per month

Selection Process
- Selection will be merit-based, considering the percentage of marks obtained in the Matriculation Examination.
